Manele / muzica populara pe canalul 22, in special in zona Militari (daca-l prind vreodata pe nesimtitu' ordinar, cred ca-i rup capu');&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Ciorovaiala aproape insuportabila, intre baietii de la aceeasi firma, pe canalul public (da' treceti fratii mei pe alt canal sau vorbiti cu patronu' sa va cumpere banda dedicata...);&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/40084103@N07/4653772106/" title="truck-radiocb by Ro Radio CB, on Flickr"&gt;&lt;img style="width: 310px; height: 316px;" src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4056/4653772106_1863bebff1.jpg" alt="truck-radiocb" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Intrebari fara nici un raspuns aruncate in eter, incepand de la o simpla cerere de proba de statie pana la informatii despre radare, echipaje etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In ultimul timp am inceput sa ma confrunt cu urmatoarea situatie: intreb cate 10 minute pentru o informatie simpla si nimeni nu se sinchiseste. Apoi, evident, am impresia ca nu-mi functioneaza mie statia si incep sa cer alte 10 minute o proba de statie. Pana cand se induioseaza probabil cineva de mine si imi raspunde intr-un final.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Dai o informatie/confirmare la proba de statie cuiva si acel cineva, in loc sa-ti multumeasca / ureze "drumuri bune", isi vede de treaba si eventual inchide si statia. Iar tu ramai in suspans, nestiind daca esti auzit sau nu si... revenim la punctul 3!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La inceput cand eram mai putini, imediat sareau 2-3 colegi care nu stiau cum sa te mai ajute, iar acum, cand suntem mai multi, situatia se inrautateste. Oare de ce? Odata cu marirea numarului de statii pe masini, probabil au crescut exponential nesimtitii ce utilizeaza acest serviciu. Si din pacate avem de suferit restul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce este de facut? Am o idee pe care visez sa o pun in practica: sa incerc sa iau legatura importatorii de statii, ca pe langa instructiuni, sa adauge in pachet si &lt;a href="http://roradiocb.blogspot.com/2009/07/decalog-radio-cb.html" target="_blank"&gt;Decalogul Radio CB&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pana atunci, voi cei probabil 2-3 cititiori ai mei, va rog popularizati intre prietenii/cunostintele care  abia si-au montat Radio CB pe masini, regulile elementare de bun simt care sunt cuprinse in Decalog. O zi ca toate altele de toamna. Adica mohorata, ploioasa si friguroasa. Dar asta nu ar conta prea mult, daca am fi intr-o tara normala. Dar noi traim in Romania, si, dupa cum spun unii clasici in viata, asta ne ocupa tot timpul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fiind ultima zi lucratoare a saptamanii si mai ales o zi umedo-vantoasa, am decis sa ma folosesc de masina ca sa ajung in N Bucurestiului, pe undeva intre Calea Grivitei si Piata Domenii, unde sunt admin la o mica retea de computere.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La venire a mai fost cum a mai fost. Aproape lejer, as putea spune. Insa, la un moment dat, s-a facut ora plecarii spre casa. Adica in jur de ora 14.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am fost atentionat de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;colegii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; Radio CB ca pe Podul Grant nu se misca nimic de blocat ce este, drept pentru care am luat-o pe Grivita spre Gara de N. Mare prostie. Coada masinilor incepea din apropierea podului (cam la 2-3 km de Gara de Nord... Observ la timp si cu multa gratie o tai peste banda dubla continua pe stradute si, ies in Banu Manta, langa Primaria Sector 1. Ma indrept apoi spre Victoriei, ca sa incerc sa ajung prin Buzesti la Berzei si, mai departe pe Stirbei spre Eroilor, sa ma strecor pe langa Academia Militara in Drumul Taberei, cartieru' meu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu doresc sa va mai plictisesc cu amanunte nesemnificative. Insa TOT Bucurestiul era ieri blocat. Iar eu ma simteam ca un bob intr-o pastaie. Si mai rau, incepusem sa am un atac de claustrofobie vazand 4 randuri paralele de masini pe sens pe Buzesti, o strada din centrul capitalei noastre mult iubite care are doar 2 benzi + sina de tramvai pe sens. Nu ma intrebati unde au incaput toate. Romanu' e foarte inventiv in chestii d-astea. Nu ar fi fost prea rau daca ne-am fi miscat sau daca am fi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;avansat in fata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;, asa cum se spunea prin anii '80 ai secolului trecut, in masinile exasperant de inghesuite ale regimului comunist. Noi pur si simplu stateam. Si stateam. Si stateam...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Din momentul in care am constientizat ca sunt blocat in trafic si nu am ce sa fac si pe unde s-o mai iau pe scurtatura, m-am linistit si a inceput distractia si conversatiile cu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;colegii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; Radio CB...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu pot sa va descriu ce se auzea in eter la adresa autoritatilor locale, a politiei care era magnifica, insa lipsea cu desavarsire si a nesimtitilor care fortau culoarea galbena ca sa blocheze mai apoi intersectia. Adica as putea, insa nu am talentul unui Creanga care a publicat acum doua secole &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;Povestea pulii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;, un minunat roman de aventura despre...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Revenind la zilele noastre, la un moment dat eu eram pe Buzesti (McDonald's) si comunicam cu cineva care se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;odihnea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; pe Podu' Grant, radeam cu un coleg blocat la Gara de Nord, il atentionam pe un coleg de la Arcu' de Triumf sa nu vina spre noi ca e prapad si faceam cu totii misto de unu' care era in Militari si se indrepta spre centru cu marfa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ia priviti cum arata Bucurestiul sub asediul masinilor aseara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/40084103@N07/4019793054/" title="aglomeratie by Ro Radio CB, on Flickr"&gt;&lt;img style="width: 406px; height: 306px;" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2619/4019793054_4fce57a6de.jpg" alt="aglomeratie" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interesanta ziua de ieri. Pacat ca nu am avut pastila de net si laptopu' la mine, ca postam pe blog direct din trafic. Oricum as fi avut timp. Si nu as fi incurcat deloc traficul. DE CE? Pentru ca aproape toate arterele principale ale capitalei noastre se transformasera in imense parcari gratuite...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa inchei, un drum pe care il parcurg in mod normal in 30-35 de minute, ieri l-am terminat in peste 2 ore...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca, pe viitor, am un sfat pentru toti cei care vor sa circule lejer prin Bucuresti: folositi metroul! Hi! Hi! Hi! In dupa-amiaza asta, la Carrefour Militari, - Bucuresti, am gasit un pad aderent, de culoare neagra. Il recomand calduros tuturor. Fii foarte atent la trafic in timp ce folosesti statia radio CB.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Nu te baza NUMAI pe statie, ci si pe ochii, urechile si mai ales pe reflexele tale!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Daca vrei sa discuti mai detaliat cu cineva, invita-l IMEDIAT pe alt canal, decat cel principal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Fii respectuos cu ceilalti "colegi"!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Ajuta pe cat mai multi "colegi" de trafic, ca sa fii si tu, la randul tau, ajutat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-size:100%;" &gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" &gt;NU INJURA! NU PUNE MUZICA PE CANALUL PRINCIPAL DE DISCUTII!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Nu cumpara NICIODATA vreo statie radio CB de la hoti. Si tu poti fi afectat ORICAND de ei...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Nu raspandi zvonuri aiurea despre trafic!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10.FII OM!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am ajuns la aceste "porunci", dupa ce am umblat prin tara relativ mult. Dupa cum v-ati dat seama, cele 10 enunturi sunt niste constatari de bun-simt. /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Decizia nr. 62/2005&lt;/span&gt; privind desemnarea categoriilor de frecvente radioelectrice pentru a caror utilizare nu este necesara obtinerea unei licente de utilizare a frecventelor radioelectrice, precum si reglementarea conditiilor tehnice prin care se asigura utilizarea armonizata a acestora. SWR-ul este foarte important, daca nu cel mai important reglaj al pachetului dumneavostra format din statie si antena. SWR-ul trebuie reglat de fiecare data cand montati o antena noua sau cand mutati antena actuala pe care o aveti. Un pachet radio CB cu SWR slab nu va ajunge niciodata la performante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Ce este SWR-ul?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;SWR este prescurtarea de la "Standing Wave Radio". Suna complicat dar, de fapt nu este chiar atat de greu. SWR inseamna raportul dintre puterea reflectata inapoi pe cablul antenei de catre antena, fata de puterea maxima a antenei. Pe romaneste SWR este un raport care va indica puterea pierduta de catre antena, cu cat este mai mare cu atat pierdeti mai multa putere si implicit veti avea performante mai slabe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;O antena calibrata perfect ar trebui sa aiba SWR de 1:1, totusi nu exista calibrare perfecta deoarece antena se poate misca din cauza vantului, SWR-ul se poate reflecta de relieful din jur sau chiar de oameni care trec pe strada. Asadar daca aveti un SWR intre 1.10 si 1.20 puteti considera antena ca fiind calibarata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;De ce este SWR-ul important?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;SWR-ul este foarte important deoarece o antena care nu este calibrata nu va functiona la parametrii optimi si implicit nu veti avea performante si veti da vina pe magazinul de la care ati achizitionat-o spunand ca v-au dat o antena defecta sau cu performante slabe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Cum imi pot masura SWR-ul?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Pentru a masura SWR-ul va trebuie un SWR-metru, un astfel de aparat este relativ ieftin 150 RON si va ajuta sa calibrati antena cu statia. Operatiunea de calibrare este relativ simpla daca stii ce faci, dar daca esti amator mai bine te duci la cineva care se pricepe ca sa nu ai neplaceri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Deasemenea unele statii au SWR-metru incorporat in sasiu, lucru foarte folositor deoarece o puteti calibra din mers (desi nu este indicat) sau intr-o parcare undeva pe traseu cand simtiti ca aveti probleme. O astfel de statie cu SWR-metru incorporat este Superstar CRT 120 sau Superstar CRT 240, ambele fiind statii profesionale indicate pentru camionagii sau persoane care fac drumuri dese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Ce valoare SWR ar trebui sa am?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Dupa cum spuneam mai sus o calibrare perfecta este cu SWR de raport 1:1 deci = 1.00. Dar cum calibrarea perfecta nu exista o calibrare buna este cu SWR intre 1.10 si 1.20, totusi daca nu reusiti aceste valori va trebui sa va multumiti si cu 1.40 - 1.50.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Atentie !!! Daca aveti SWR-ul mai mare de 3.00 riscati sa va defectati statia sau bobina antenei deoarece ele nu suporta un decalaj atat de mare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;Ce sa fac daca am SWR-ul mare?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;De obicei SWR-ul este mare deoarece antena nu este calibrata. Puteti face asta prin ajustarea ei din cele 1 sau 2 suruburi laterale deasupra bobinei. Sa aveti in vedere totusi ca si 1mm de ajustaj poate schimba radical SWR-ul antenei, deci umblati cu grija.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;In unele cazuri nu antena este de vina, exista posibilitatea de a avea un scurt in cablul antenei sau pe montura dvs (magnetica sau fixa) cazul acesta este usor de depistat deoarece SWR-ul va tinde spre infinit. Alt caz ar fi planul de masa defectuos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Daca ajustati inaltimea antenei, rezolvati planul de masa si nu aveti nici un scurt atunci trebuie sa repozitionati antena pe masina. Antena trebuie sa fie pozitionata pe centrul masinii (pe cupola preferabil) pentru a da randament. Statia vine cu un cablu de alimentare dublu: rosu-negru. Cel rosu este plusul. Tot cel rosu are si sigurantele, daca imi amintesc bine. Este bine sa desfaceti capacul de plastic alb si sa controlati daca baietii de la fabrica au scapat vreo siguranta pe acolo. Valorile gasite se noteaza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;- reglajul fin se va efectua cu usile inchise, prin culisarea in sus-jos a tijei in locas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;- cu antena montata pe mijlocul caroseriei se poate obtine un SWR 1:1,1 pe Ch1 si Ch40. De fapt, semnalele radio calatoresc prin aer cu viteza luminii. Ca sa intelegem cum functioneaza o antena, trebuie pentru inceput sa pricepem cum apare unda radio. Un semnal de CB parcurge o distanta de 11 m pe perioada unei sinusoide. Cand emitatorul "injecteaza" un curent radio in antena, aceasta incepe sa produca un camp magnetic in jurul ei. Aceasta este unda radio. Cand campul magnetic intalneste o alta antena, induce in aceasta un curent pe care receptoarele il transforma in sunet. Un rol important il joaca lungimea antenei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campul magnetic produs de antena, va produce un curent in orice suprafata de metal pe care o loveste dar cu cat lungimea acestora este mai aproape de una din relatiile de calcul ale antenelor cu atat curentul indus in ele este mai mare. Cum am mai amintit, banda de CB are 11m. Daca, de exemplu, lungimea obiectului este de 5.5 m , jumatate din  lungimea de unda, 2.75 m (1/4), sau 11m (lambda), curentul indus va fi mult mai mare decit in alte fiare care nu se apropie de aceste lungimi. Cind auzi pe cineva ca-si regleaza antena, de obicei acesta se duce sa o lungeasca sau sa o scurteze la una din aceste lungimi. Aceste lungimi au o denumire specifica. Rezonanta antenei. Toate antenele au un punct exact de rezonanta. Rezonanta antenei, este frecventa in MHz unde antena este in stare de balans electric care este determinat de lungimea antenei. Servicii similare radio exista in alte tari, cu diferite cerinte pentru licenta si standarde tehnice. In multe tari, nu este necesara licenta CB, banda pentru cetateni fiind utlizata atat pentru afaceri cat si pentru comunicare personala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tehnologia Radio CB permite soferilor care detin un astfel de echipament de radiocomunicatii sa transmita si sa receptioneze mesaje prin intermediul undelor radio. Mai multe persoane pot purta conversatii in acelasi timp si pe acelasi canal. Aceasta "particularitate" sta la baza spiritului CB ce presupune o atitudine deschisa si prietenoasa fata de ceilalti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spre deosebire de telefonul mobil care functioneaza in mod duplex, conversatiile in CB se fac in mod simplex, acest lucru insemnand ca fiecare participant la conversatie va trebui sa astepte pana ce interlucutorul sau va incheia transmiterea mesajului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Utilitate statie Radio CB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Statia radio cb reprezinta o solutie alternativa de comunicare. Utilizarea unei statii Radio CB implica o serie de avantaje.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In primul rand, pentru utilizarea unei astfel de statii nu este necesara o licenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De asemena, folosirea unei statii Radio CB nu implica costuri suplimentare, in afara de pretul ei. Statia Radio CB ofera o interactiune rapida si accesibila cu alti soferi  din trafic si ofera posibilitatea primirii de informatii referitoare la conditiile de drum. Astfel se pot evita blocajele din trafic, baraje de politie, RAR sau ARR. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Posibilitatea de a alege rute ocolitoare este un motiv bun pentru a investi intr-o statie Radio CB&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi, utilizatorul unei statii Radio CB poate comunica cu participantii la trafic chiar si in zonele fara semnal la celular. Se poate utiliza o astfel de statie si in casa daca dorim o economie la factura de telefon. Spre deosebire de telefon, convorbirile realizate cu o statie emisie receptie sunt gratuite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Radio CB reprezinta o forma de comunicare accesibila publicului larg si ofera o gama larga de posibilitati de utilizare (agrement, informare, siguranta, etc.). Astazi Radio CB-ul este recunoscut ca fiind unul din factorii care imbunatatesc siguranta si prevenirea accidentelor pe soselele din intreaga lume.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Europa, anumite servicii publice de intreventie (Pompierii, Ambulanta etc.) au incorporat CB-ul in procedura de interventie in caz de urgenta.
